Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using credentials.berlvis.com ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Berlvis Credentials lets you design, generate, and issue ID cards and certificates in bulk. You may connect external services (such as Google Drive, Sheets, and Forms) to store your data and automate issuance. You retain ownership of all records, templates, and generated outputs.
3. Plans and payment
- Free: watermarked exports, limited features.
- Starter (₦5,000/month): unlimited ID cards.
- Pro (₦50,000/year): everything including certificates.
Payments are processed by Paystack (NGN and international) or Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for service failures attributable to us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to issue fraudulent credentials, impersonate any person or organisation you do not represent, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Your data
You own the data you upload. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful basis to process the personal data of the people whose credentials you issue.
6. Google integration
When you connect Google Drive, Sheets, or Forms, you grant Berlvis Credentials limited access using the scopes listed in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time from the dashboard or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Use of Google user data is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
7. Availability and warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
